A museum is encouraging people to digitally rebuild Bristol by offering free Minecraft maps of the city.

We The Curious created the maps for its Minecraft workshops as part of the Festival of What If.

Tom Rodgers, life science officer, claimed that there was a rollercoaster and a giant rainbow. Also, someone turned College Green into an active volcano.

Minecraft is a game however, there’s no winning or losing. Gamers create digital worlds.

Rodgers stated that there was no Metrobus or Arena However, maybe this isn’t what 12 year olds are concerned about.

The maps of the museum cover the area around Harbourside. They can be downloaded from the museum’s Twitter page.

Mr Rodgers said: “We’ve never done a digital event like this before, but in the end we’re just trying to inspire people to have a go themselves and give them new ideas.”

Parents should never be worried about Minecraft?
